I will be starting the year with these 4 classes:

• An Introduction to the Ancient Healing Art of Ear Coning- workshop to follow
• Ancient form of Chinese Yoga called Dao Yin-the 8 Bone Stretching Positions
• Ancient form of Ma Wang Dui, a form of  Qi Gong to open the 12 meridians
• Naomi’s Sprouted Seed Truffles Demo and Sampling Class
• The 5 ways that We source Chi, inspired by Daoist Philosophy

The 7th ANNUAL RAFTING SING in  Appreciation for the Colorado River and  ALL Water on the Planet.

A Community Event where We camp out on the Northern part of the Colorado River and then get in a raft  in the morning and Sing Love Songs to the Water while paddling through canyons and rapids. Route changes based on the flow of the River.

Gratitude Opens Our Hearts and is uplifting to Us as well as the Water….
